Title: BENTONS'S SAUCE (A VARIATION ON THE TRADITION

       2 tb Fresh grated horseradish
       2 ts Mustard English
       2 ts Caster sugar
       4 fl Malt vinegar
  
   Place everything except vinegar into a bowl, stir well and gradually
