         2 c  rice vinegar
         3    cupa soy sauce
        12 ts sesame oil
        12 ts hot chili oil
   
   In a small bowl combine vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, and hot chili
   oil. Mix thoroughly and store, tightly covered and refrigerated.
   Serve with spring rolls.
