3 cucumbers

1 1/2 c plain yogurt
1/2 c finely chopped fresh mint
1 TB lemon juice
: Salt and pepper
Mix together the cucumbers, yogurt, mint, and lemon juice. Season to
taste with salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate until ready to
serve.
