Title: HONEY MUSTARD DRESSING #2

       Yield: 1 1/2 cups
  
       3 tb Cider Vinegar
       3 tb Honey
       6 tb Mayonnaise
       1 tb Dijon Mustard
       1 tb Onion; finely minced
   1 1/2 tb Fresh Parsley; chopped
       1 pn Salt
     3/4 c  Vegetable Oil
  
   Heat vinegar and honey in a heavy small saucepan over low heat,
   stirring until honey dissolves. Pour into bowl and cool. Whisk in
   mayonnaise, mustard, onion, parsley and salt. Gradually whisk in oil.
