Title: TEXAS STYLE COLE SLAW

       Yield: 8 Servings
  
       6 c  Green cabbage; grated
       1 lg Green bell pepper; chopped
       1 lg Red bell pepper; chopped
     1/2 c  Fresh coriander; chopped
       1 lg Garlic clove; mashed
       1    Jalapeno pepper; chopped
       1    Onion; chopped
       1 c  Olive oil; or corn oil
     1/2 c  Red wine vinegar
       1 ts Sugar
            Salt and pepper; to taste
  
   Recipe by: "Jessica A. Walton"  Grate cabbage.
   Chop bell peppers and coriander.  Mix together. Make adressing by
   combining the remaining ingredients. Toss with cabbage mixture and
   allow to stand for one hour before serving.
   
   Serves:  8
   
   Comments:  A twist on cole slaw that is perfect with barbeque.
