       5 tb Red Wine Vinegar
       4 tb Sour Cream
   1 1/2 ts Salt
     1/2 ts Dry mustard
       2 tb Sugar
       2 ts Dried parsley
       2    Garlic cloves, crushed
            Cracked pepper
  
   Mix all ingredients in shakeable jar and enjoy!
