Title: NORWEGIAN PANCAKES

       1 tb Melted butter
     2/3 c  Milk
       2    Egg yolks
       2    Egg whites
     1/4 c  Thick cream
       1 ts Baking powder
     1/2 c  Flour
  
   Mix flour, baking powder, milk, and egg yolks into nice smooth
   batter. Add the cream and melted butter. Add the whites of eggs
   beaten stiff. Fry in 8-12" frying pan. When fried, put on jam of any
   kind, then fold in four and serve as dessert.
