Yield: 1 Pastry
1/2 lb Cream cheese
1/2 lb Cottage cheese, drained
1/2 c Granulated sugar
2 tb Sour cream
1 ts Vanilla extract
1/4 c Seedless, golden raisins
3 tb Melted butter
Beat the cream cheese and cottage cheese together until smooth. Add
sugar, sour cream, and vanilla. Add the raisins. Mix well.
Drizzle the butter over the dough and then spread with the cheese
mixture. Proceed as directed in "Strudel Dough"
