       5 c  Pared, chopped pears
       2    Lemons
       5 c  Sugar
       1    Orange
       2 c  Raisins
  
   Remove seeds from lemons and orange.  Grind pulp and rind using the
   coarse knife of food chopper.  Combine fruits and sugar. Cook slowly,
