       2 lb CREAM CHEESE, unwrapped and
            -softened in
            Microwave 2 minutes on high.
   1 1/2 c  SUGAR
       5    JUMBO EGGS, shelled and
            -warmed in microwave 25
            Seconds
   2 1/2 ts VANILLA
       2 ts FRESH LEMON JUICE
     1/4 c  CORNSTARCH
     1/2 c  HEAVY CREAM
