Title: LEMONY POTATO WEDGES

       2 tb Unsalted butter
       2 tb Lemon juice
       3 tb Grated parmesan cheese
   1 1/2 ts Grated lemon rind
     1/2 ts Paprika
     1/8 ts Salt
     1/4 ts Thyme
       2 md Baking potatoes; unpeeled &
  
   Place butter in a 1-cup glass measure.  Microwave until melted; add
   lemon juice.  Combine next 5 ingredients.Brush potatoes with lemon
   mixture and sprinkle with cheese mixture.  Arrange potatoes on plate
   and cover loosely with waxed paper.  Microwave 15-18 minutes or until
   tender, rotating dish every 5 minutes.
