FRIED MOZZARELLA STICKS

      Title: FRIED MOZZARELLA STICKS

       Yield: 1 Batch
  
      10 oz Mozzarella; cut into 3/4"
            -square sticks
       2    Egg; beaten
     3/4 c  Bread crumbs, dry
       1 tb Sesame seeds
            Oil; for frying
  
   Dip cheese in egg mixture.  Coat with crumbs & sesame. Fry in 350
   degree oil till brown.
