Title: SPICY VINAIGRETTE DRESSING

       Yield: 1 Cup
  
     1/4 c  Red wine vinegar
       2 tb Olive oil
       1 ts Garlic powder
       1 ts Cayenne pepper
     1/2 ts Dried basil
       1 ts Dry mustard
       1 ts Black pepper
     1/4 ts File' powder (optional)
  
   Combine vinegar, oil, cayenne pepper, basil, mustard, black pepper and
   file' powder in a small bowl or cruet. Mix well. Use as a dressing
   for you favorite salad.
   
   Prep. time: 10 minutes
