     3/4 c  Cider vinegar
     3/4 c  Ketchup
     3/4 ts Red pepper flakes
       1 ts Sugar
     1/4 c  Water
            -Salt and pepper to taste
  
   Simmer all ingredients gently until sugar is thoroughly dissolved.
   Allow to set for flavors to blend.
