       4 ea Strips of bacon, finely
            -chopped
       1 c  Ground beef
       1 ea Onion, finely chopped
       1 ea Clove garlic, finely chopped
       1 ts Barbeque spice
       1 c  Tomato juice
     1/2 c  Salad oil
       1 ea Sprig of parsley, finely
            -chopped
     1/4 c  Findely diced celery
       1 ts Chili powder
     1/4 c  Vinegar
       1 pn Oregano, pepper
  
   Saute the bacon, onion, celery and garlic in the oil until golden
   brown. Add other ingredients and simmer for about 1 hour.
